Emperyalizmin “Kürt” Kartı., BÖLÜM 6
“Kürt sorunu”nun tarihsel ve mantıksal bütünlüğü içindeki anlatımında, İngiltere, ABD ve İsrail’in emperyalist hesaplarına uygun olarak tutarlı politikalar izlediklerini görüyoruz. Tarihsel süreç içinde açıklanmasında zorluk çekilen tek nokta, Türkiye’nin ulusal çıkarları açısından son derecede sakıncalı olan bu süreci engellemek için hiçbir ciddi girişimde bulunmamış olmasıdır. Hatta engellemek şöyle dursun, Türkiye sürecin her aşamasında ona katkıda bulunmuştur. İkinci Dünya Savaşı’ndan sonra, Atatürk’ün “tam bağımsızlık” ilkesine dayanan temel dış politika stratejisini terk ederek kendisini ekonomik, siyasal ve askeri olarak Batı’ya tek yanlı bağımlı kılan politikaları benimseyen Türkiye, 1980 yılından itibaren de küresel kapitalizmin yörüngesine mutlak olarak girmiştir. Bunun sonucunda, aralarında “Kürt sorunu”nun da bulunduğu öncelikli dış politika sorunlarının tümünde başarısız olunmuş ve ağır bedeller ödenmiştir. Eğer son 60 yıldaki, özellikle de son 25 yıldaki stratejik tercihler köklü bir biçimde değiştirilmez, bu bağlamda Batı’ya tek yanlı bağımlılık durumuna son verilerek Atatürkçü dış politika stratejisine geri dönülmezse, bundan 15 yıl sonra Mîsâk-ı Millî sınırlarımızdan ödün verme noktasına geldiğimizi hep birlikte göreceğiz.
